Biblical understanding about Israel
See, I will beckon to the nations,
I will lift up my banner to the peoples;
they will bring your sons in their arms
and carry your daughters on their hips.
~ Isaiah 49:22
I will bring your children from the east
and gather you from the west.
I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’
and to the south, ‘Do not hold them back.’
Bring my sons from afar
and my daughters from the ends of the earth.
~Isaiah 43:5-6
Aliyah is a Hebrew word that means 'ascent', or 'going up'. The return of the Jewish people to Israel is still going on. Christians for Israel International, working in cooperation with the Jewish Agency, Keren Hayesod, and other Christian ministries, has helped more than 120,000 Jews home to Israel since 1996.
Help us in this exciting fulfillment of biblical prophecy!

Koen supports the Jewish communities in the Ukraine and tells them to listen to God and return to the Promised Land. When Jews decide to immigrate to Israel, Koen and his team assists them with transportation to the Israeli embassy or consulate where they need to prepare their travel documents. Finally transportation to the airport is provided. Koen is married to Ira. They have three children and live in Vinnitsa.
Koen made a documentary about the return of a Jewish family: From Ukraine to Israel

The Israeli cabinet has finally decided to give the green light to the return of the Bnei Menashe Jews. The Bnei Menashe (sons of Manasseh) claim descent from one of the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel, who were sent into exile by the Assyrian Empire more than 27 centuries ago. Their ancestors wandered through Central Asia and the Far East for centuries, before settling in what is now northeastern India, along the border with Burma and Bangladesh. Throughout their sojourn in exile, the Bnei Menashe continued to practice Judaism just as their ancestors did, including observing the Sabbath, keeping kosher, celebrating the festivals and following the laws of family purity. And they continued to nourish the dream of one day returning to the land of their ancestors, the Land of Israel.
In recent years, the Israeli-based organization Shavei Israel has brought some 1,700 Bnei Menashe back home to Zion. Another 7,200 still remain in India, waiting for the day when they too will be able to return to Israel and the Jewish people. Read more

On Wednesday 28 August 2013 the Aliyah (immigration) from Ethiopia came to an end. Operation Dove's Wings concluded a 3-year effort led by the Jewish Agency, supported by Keren Hayesod, to bring the remnants of the Jewish community of Ethiopia to Israel. Christians for Israel actively supported this project for many years as part of our project Bring the Jews Home. In total 90,000 immigrants were brought from Ethiopia to Israel. Read more
After centuries in exile, the Ethiopian Jews are home.
Thank God for His faithfulness!
