Shana Tova!

On 29th September, Christians for Israel sent out this message to all our friends in Israel to comfort them in the loss of Shimon Peres, and wish them a blessed start to the new Jewish year 5777.

Shalom dear friends!

Thus says the Lord God:
“Behold, I will lift up my hand to the nations, and raise my signal to the peoples;
and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried on
their shoulders.”
Isaiah 49:22

We mourn with you the passing of Shimon Peres, who dedicated his life for the nation and people of Israel.

At the start of the Jewish New Year 5777, we would like to comfort you all with the hopeful words in Isaiah 49. The Almighty will never forget the promises He made to the people of Israel.

This is the reason we continue our work, and we want to share this video with you as a sign of our sincere friendship, which we truly treasure.
