Bless Israel Cultural Festival - Sydney, Australia

In August 2015, Rev Willem J.J. Glashouwer - President of Christians for Israel International – visited Australia for a ten day speaking tour on the themes “Why Israel?, Why Jerusalem? and Why End Times?” Together with Derek Prince Ministries and Shalom Israel Melbourne, Ebenezer Operation Exodus co-hosted two one-day conferences and arranged visits to several church services and meetings in both Sydney and Melbourne. Rev Glashouwer was also invited to lecture at NSW Parliament House, hosted by Rev the Hon Fred Nile MLC. His further speaking engagements included a Korean prayer group and two Korean-church evening meetings.

From the Korean Christian community came the initiative for a "Bless Israel Cultural Festival". On September 24, 2015 the “Bless Israel Cultural Festival” was held at the North Shore Synagogue (“Garden Synagogue”) at Lindfield, Sydney. The festival was organized by Sydney Bethany Church and the Israel Institute.

The photograph below shows the reciting of the Statement of Repentance and Hope to the Jewish leaders by the Korean Christians Leaders. The dean of the Sydney College of Divinity – Korean Division, is the bearded person in the middle. The text of the Statement can be read underneath this photograph.
