Biblical understanding about Israel
Yesterday, we brought the 250 Bnei Menashe immigrants who made Aliyah in June 2014 with your help to the Western Wall in Jerusalem for the first time. It was an incredibly powerful and moving experience and I cannot begin to describe their reaction as they approached the sacred stones in silent contemplation, tears running down many cheeks as they closed their eyes and offered prayers to G-d.
What a blessing it was to see: more than 2,700 years after their ancestors had last been in Jerusalem, the descendants of the Tribe of Manasseh are back, gravitating to the holiness of Jerusalem, looking to come closer to the Creator.
Look at the beautiful young people below, who will now be blessed to grow up in the Land of Israel:
You have a share in the merit of restoring these precious souls to the Land of Israel and the People of Israel, and I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate it.
May G-d bless you for the love you show for the apple of His eye.
