INVITATION TO ALL CHRISTIANS FOR ISRAEL BRANCHES AND REPRESENTATIVES
Dear C4I colleagues and friends!
As you know, in March 2011, Christians for Israel International will be organizing two events for the C4I branches.
- C4I Forum from 14–20 March 2011
- C4I international Israel Tour from 20–26 March 2011
We invite ALL of the C4I branches and representatives to participate in these events. We look forward to seeing you in Israel in 2011!!
Forum 2011 14–20 March 2011
Who is this event for?
- This is an INTERNAL C4I event. It is intended for key leaders from each C4I branch. We therefore ask each C4I branch to consider and decide which representatives they want to send to this event.
- In order to keep the size of the group within proportion, we request that a maximum of about 5 representatives of each branch attend the Forum.
- In addition, we will be inviting key partners of our international ministry
- We hope that a total of about 120 participants to attend from at least 20 countries
Dates - The Forum commences Monday 14th March 2011 at 21.00
- The Forum finishes Sunday evening 20th March 2011 (departure Monday 21st March)
Prices*
- US$795 p.p. (7 nights) (single room US$395 extra)
- US$595 p.p. for participants from Africa and Central-Eastern Europe (single room US$395 extra)
* These are in-land prices. Prices include all meals, transportation in Israel, accommodation and tips.

Travel and visas
- C4I International organizes the in-land component only. It is up to each participant/branch to organize its/his/her own travel to/from Israel
- Our agent in Israel, Diesenhaus tours, will also organize the visas of all participants.
Location - Ramat Rachel Hotel Kibbutz, Jerusalem
Program
- The Forum is a time to meet and share with the leaders of other C4I branches
- Mornings: prayer and worship, followed by workshops on specific themes. Special focus on developing and training regional C4I teams.
- Afternoons: we will visit a special project or organization in Israel
- Evenings: a presentation, and time for relaxation and networking
Israel Tour 19–26 March 2011
Who is this event for?
- This is an EXTERNAL event. It is open to all interested persons.
- Each C4I branch is encouraged to organize a group from its own country to participant in the tour, by organizing and offering an all/in arrangement including flights. In effect, the branch buys a number of inland arrangements from C4I International, and sells them as part of an all-in package to people in their country.
- We encourage ALL C4I branches to organize a group to participate in the tour. We currently expect groups from C4I branches in Uganda, Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, Greece, ….
Tour Dates - Tour commences Saturday 19th March at 17.00
- Tour concludes Saturday evening 26th March (departure Sunday 27th March)

- US$1195 p.p. (7 nights) (single room US$395 extra)
- US$995 p.p. for participants from Africa and Central-Eastern Europe (single room US$395 extra)

Program - This international Israel Tour is a tour intended primarily for first time visitors to Israel
- The program includes visits to Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Ashkelon, Negev desert, Jerusalem (old city, Mount of Olives, Garden Tomb, Yad Vashem, etc etc), Caesarea, Mount Carmel, Jordan River, Galilee, Judean desert, Ein Gedi, Masada.
- There will also be plenty of opportunity for meeting many different people and organizations in Israel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FORUM AND TOUR
Travel
- C4I International offers the in-land arrangement only. It is up to each C4I branch or participating organization to organize their own air travel to/from Israel.
- If a C4I branch or group needs a local agent, please let us know. Diesenhaus has agents all over the world.
Visas
- For groups over 10 pax, Diesenhaus will issue the visa in Israel even if there is an Israeli embassy in their own country.
- For less than 10 people , they have to go to the Israeli embassy in their own country and Diesenhaus will send an invitation letter.
- For people in countries where there is no Israeli embassy (eg. Indonesia), Diesenhaus can issue the visa in Jerusalem.
- Please send us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE details of the persons who will need visas, so that we can issue a formal invitation letter, and commence the visa process.
Registration - Participants for all events must register by 31 January 2011 at the latest (see below).
