C4I Uganda update

Israel Tour March 2011
From 19th-29th March 2011 C4I Uganda organized a pilgrimage to Israel, led by Rev. Dr. John Tweedie and Mr. Jos van Westing. A group of over 35 people participated. The group included honorable members of parliaments, pastors and their wives, apostles and they had a lot of fun while in Israel.
This trip was well prepared since we had our tour agent near us and we had to begin our preparations early doing the booking, making payments for the clients´ air tickets on time, seat arrangements for clients and good coordination mechanisms which softened arrivals at the airport. We MUST say thank you to all our esteemed clients for sacrificing their resources and offering themselves a trip to the Land of our forefathers. May the God of Israel bless you all. The group captured their trip on a video which is sold at twenty thousand Uganda shillings and through the group, was the rebirth of Membership Cards, and the idea of helping Hineni in Jerusalem.

Thanksgiving Dinner 2011
A Thanksgiving Dinner was organized at Hotel Africana on the 10th April 2011 for those who joined the pilgrimage in March 2011. At least 65 people attended the dinner.

Preperations for Israel Tour in 2012
We are planning another Holy Land Tour in March 2012. Brochures have been printed out indicating dates and fees for the tour, scheduled for 9th-19th March 2012. The fee is US$2199 only payable in installments and open to everybody.

Celebrating Israel's Independence
C4I Uganda participated in the celebration of Israel´s independence at an event organized by The Israel Embassy at Serena Hotel Kampala. C4I Uganda was represented by the Chairman Drake Kanaabo and his wife, Ms. Eve Mulira, Mr. Joe Nam and Mr. & Mrs. Alex Kamusiime. It was a very successful day.

Conferences in September/October 2011
Christians for Israel Uganda is organizing three mega Conferences in Kampala, Mbarara and Rushere with Rev. Dr. John and Clare Tweedie. The dates are 30th Sept-1st October 2011 for Kampala, 4th-5th Oct 2011 for Mbarara, and 7th-9th October 2011 for Rushere.

C4I Uganda brochures
7000 copies of the new brochure have been printed to be supplied within and outside the Uganda.
