Auschwitz trip 8-13th April 2010 (price €280,-)
March of the Living in Auschwitz..
Christians for Israel offers you an unique trip in April 2010 to travel to Poland to visit Auschwitz, the Schindlers Factory in Krakow, and to take part in the annual March of the Living held in Auschwitz together with thousands of Jewish and Christian people.
The trip is being organized by Christians for Israel International in co-operation with Shalom Ministries in Poland, and will consist of an international group of people (aged between 20-35) from Austria, Germany and Holland. You can take part in this unique international trip and experience something you will never forget.
Costs: only €280 for 6 days!
IMPORTANT: Travel costs to come to/from Krakow are not included.

Thursday 8th April:
Travel to Krakow
Opening evening together, getting to know each other.
Friday 9th April:
Visiting the Synagogue in the town of Oswiezcem (Auschwitz) and study Jewish life in Oswiezcem before the holocaust. After that visit the beautiful city of Krakow where we will visit the Schindlers Factory, Jewish Krakow and the Synagogue. In the evening we will celebrate a Shabbat meal together.
Saturday 10th April:
Visiting Auschwitz concentration camp. One of the most awful camps set up by the Nazi’s. More than 1 million Jews were gassed and their bodies cremated at this camp.
In the evening we will talk about our impressions.
Sunday 11th April
Visiting a Church in Krakow. In the afternoon there is an opportunity to visit the castle in Krakow, to walk in the nature and visit other cultural sites. In the evening we will have dinner in a nice restaurant.
Monday 12th April
March of the Living in Auschwitz- this is an annual meeting of thousands of international people, Jews and survivors. We will walk as international group with the march to commemorate the awful things that happened in Auschwitz.
In the evening we will talk about our impressions, the impact it all made and how to help those in need.
Tuesday 13th of April
Breakfast and say goodbye.
Costs and payment:
The price for 6 days accommodation and transportation in Poland is €280. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Transportation costs in Poland, entrance to musea are also included. Travel costs to come to/from Krakow are not included.
Registration:
Registration can be made online (www.c4israel.org/auschwitz-tour) or via e-mail. Send an e-mail to mariannedejager@gmail.com. Make shore you register in time, there are only 20 places available!
Payment:
Payment needs to be made upfront. If we have not received your payment you will not be registered.
Cancellations:
Payment will be refunded till 2 weeks before the start of the trip, less administration costs.
Insurance:
Participants are responsible for own insurance.
What to bring:
- Bible: bring your bible with you, in the evenings we will close with prayer
- Instruments to sing on the Sunday, or to close the day
- Camera
- For the men a kippa (if you have one) for visit to synagogue
- Pocket money
- Passport
