Speaking tour in Bolivia and Argentina |
|
At the invitation of Ebenezer Operation Exodus Rev. Glashouwer travels through Bolivia and Argentina from August 17 till September 6. In Santa Cruz (Bolivia) he spoke at churches, on the radio, at conferences and at seminaries. Many people came to listen, especially youn people. Rev Glashouwer: “On one of the evenings I taught at a seminary for about 60 students about Holocaust, Inquisition, Martin Luther, Psalm 105:7-11, Psalm 117, Hosea 11:1, Exodus 4:22-23, Zachariah 12:10-14. They were poor students indeed, but rich in the Spirit! They listened very carefully and even had an offering that had the result that – when all the cents, quarters and dimes are counted – it could be changed into USD $50! Some even bought the book Por Que Israel.”
On Monday August 27 Rev. Glashouwer flew from Santa Cruz to Buenos Aires - Argentia, where he will teach for 10 days. |

Call to Prayer - Keep Jerusalem United |
|
Please pray for the nations as they enter “the Valley of Decision” at the UN from 25th September-1st October
Facts The United Nations will have its Annual Debate of the General Assembly from September 25 – October 1, when all 193 member states will gather in New York to be faced with a unilateral declaration of a Palestinian state. In the next few months your nation will have to decide if it will accept the creation of a new Islamic state in the Middle East with the Old City of Jerusalem (East Jerusalem) as its capital.
The Call
We are calling upon the worldwide body of Christ to pray for the peace of Jerusalem at a time when there international community would like to divide the city, but also for your own nation as your leaders may soon be entering "the Valley of Decision." In other words, they will take part in a decisive vote on the future of Jerusalem in the United Nations.
