Terrorist attacks in Uganda, Kampala...
Drake Kanaabo reports that the team of C4I in Kampala is ok.
The blasts in Kampala, the capital of Uganda, which killed 74 people and wounded 70 were blamed on an al-Qaeda linked terrorist network. “We are okay. Only one pastor whom I preached in his church last year May 2009 and a group of his American visitors died. The joy turned into craynes. These are Muslis terrorists doing this because Uganda decided to help their Somalia friends. Most Dutch survived, yet I knew a lot where in another spot watching football. Thanks for your prayers!” Blessing Drake
Pray for our Co-ordinators in Eastern Africa
- Please pray for Drake Kanaabo, the C4i team in Ugananda and their families. Uganda is in shock after the cowardly bomb attack on World cup football watching crowds.
- Pray for our Ethiopian pastor Tadesse Guteman, who wrote a critical article in a newspaper about the Ethiopian elections some weeks ago. Since then he and his family are in danger. Still every Sunday he preaches about Israel in his church without fear.
- Pray for our coordinators Pastor Gideon Nchinda and his C4i team in Cameroon, and Bishop Elemi Samson and his C4i team in Nigeria. Both countries are challenged by muslim extremism.

Our branch in Austria reports: in Austria, we have been called very distinctively to act since the happenings around the Gaza Flotilla, which have resulted in a media war. There has been a dramatic rise in anti-semitism and already in the three weeks after the incident had taken place, more than 2000 anti-semitic excesses were registered in Vienna alone.. read more

Africa aflame for Israel: Video
Watch the movie about 48 African leaders that visited Israel in March.
As a result of the conferences which Christians for Israel International organized in Kampala and Mbarara in Uganda in October last year with Rev. John Tweedie and Jos van Westing as main speakers, and the official opening of the C4I East Africa office in Kampala, a selected group of pastors, politicians, lawyers, teachers and businessmen signed up for the Israel Study Trip 21-28 March. We made a film about this unique trip...watch the video

C4I Australia office moves from Taree to Perth
At the March 2010 Board meeting in Sydney, Glenn and Felicity Hodson intended to resign as the directors of C4I Australia. However, after prayer and some discussion they stayed on so that the ministry could be maintained until replacements were found to take over the different tasks. So far this position has not changed, but it is very important for all concerned to be aware of the situation. Asia/Pacific Director Henk Kamsteeg is working closely together with Glenn & Felicity Hodson to try to arrange a smooth handover of responsibilities for the C4I ministry in Australia. read more
